Smart air intake unit with bi-directional return air zone

Designed to serve as the base for the North American fan coil unit, this smart unit integrates a bi-directional return air zone and/or a zoned supply plenum. The result: you can zone a new or existing installation without a complex zoning panel. Thanks to its temperature and humidity sensors, it automatically balances air between problem zones, such as a damp basement, an overheated upper floor, or a cathedral ceiling where heat accumulates. Air is redistributed to stabilize temperature throughout the building, all while helping to reduce your electricity consumption.
